To book in your Apple product at Pentagon Digital for repair, no appointment is required, so you can walk in at any time during working hours.

Pentagon provides priority service for businesses and individuals with same day service including pick up and delivery service for an additional fee.

We are currently offering iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus battery replacements for $88 while you wait (45 mins - 1 hour).

How to get your Mac ready for service

To protect your information and save time, follow these steps before you take your device to our service centre.

If your device won't turn on or respond, complete as many steps as possible:

  • Back up your mac. (If possible)
  • Have your log in password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password.
  • Bring your sales receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.
  • Bring along your device and any accessories that you need help with.
  • Bring personal identification, like a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID.

How to get your iOS (iPhone, iPad) device ready for service

Before you bring in your device

Follow these steps before you take your device to an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or carrier. If your device won't turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

  1. Back up your iOS device. (If possible)
  2. Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you'll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.
  3. Bring your sales receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.
  4. Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.
  5. Bring a form of personal identification, like a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID.
