Out of Warranty Repairs

Pentagon provides service for all Apple products, vintage included.

Pentagon Digital provides service for Apple products even if they are out of warranty or designated as “Vintage” by Apple. Physical damage, software issues and data transfer are considered to be out of warranty service issues. If you are not sure whether your device is still under warranty, you can contact us on 03 9896 1555 or email us the serial number of your Apple product by clicking here.

To book in your Apple product at Pentagon Digital for repair, no appointment is required, so you can walk in at any time during working hours. If you are using your Apple product for business, you can book a priority repair to go to the top-of-the-queue for an additional fee.

Apple has reduced the battery replacement price for iPhone 6 and later until December 2018.

We are currently offering battery replacements for $88 which takes 30 minutes - 1 hour if we have the battery in stock.
